NOCs

Loral Skynet maintains Network Operations Centers (NOCs) in Rockville, Maryland; Hawley, Pennsylvania; and Singapore. The Rockville and Hawley NOCs are staffed 24x7. The Rockville NOC uses formal trouble ticketing and procedural escalation for un-cleared or serious troubles, and it produces monthly reports of service performance and availability. The Rockville NOC can interface with a customer’s existing Network Management System to robustly manage a customer’s network, report on troubles in real time, and provide monthly service and availability reports as specified by the customer.
